Hilary Daniel
Our most recent recruit to the LKFS family, Hilary joined our team early 2022 and we are so glad she did.
With an eagerness to learn, Hilary has quickly taken to the finance world and its quirks and regularly assists our lending and financial planning team with their everyday business requirements.
Hilary shares a genuine passion for helping people and her soft demeanour has quickly made her a favourite with clients. Always smiling and happy to lend a hand, we’re so excited to see where Hilary’s career with LKFS will take her.
Let's get to know Hilary
What professional qualifications do you have?
I have recently completed year 12 and am now in the process of completing a traineeship to be a mortgage broker within my work at LKFS.
Your favourite holiday destination and why?
My favourite holiday destination would be when I was given the opportunity to go to Cambodia on a school-based camp. Being able to help build houses for those less fortunate and eating deep fried spiders and crickets was a real eye-opening experience.
It also taught me so many lessons and made me so grateful for the life we are fortunate to live in Australia.
What things make you happy?
I love going back home to my family on the farm on the Yorke Peninsula. I love the simplicity of the lifestyle -whether it’s driving the pickup bin or drenching sheep, I love every minute of it.
I love spending time with my friends, going shopping and exploring new places.
What is the best thing about working at LKFS?
The best thing about working here is how family orientated it is here. It sounds cliché, but it really is like one big family.
I look forward to coming into work every day. My role is varied and I enjoy the challenges it brings – I am constantly learning.
I also really enjoy the satisfaction I get out of being able to help clients. One small bit of help can really change their overall experience.
