Joanna Mcquillan
Joanna (more affectionately known as Jo) joined LKFS in March 2005 in the role of Administration Assistant and quickly progressed into her role of Senior Administrator and Compliance Officer.
Jo is our go-to-girl. If there’s a question we need to ask about a client, a random question about our business registrations, accreditations or even just the office Wi-Fi password, Jo always has the answer. She’s a funnel of knowledge and is worth her weight in gold.
Joanna’s role is diverse and no day is ever the same. She’s the backbone of our administration team, assists our Financial Planning team, prepares all our quarterly Business Activity Statements and monitors our compliance obligations – just to name a few.

Describe your perfect day
Family is my everything.
My perfect day would be spending quality time with my husband and two daughters. Perhaps a drive down to the beach or playing a family board game or going out for a nice meal.
What is your favourite meal?
I absolutely love lasagne! My food weakness though is definitely chocolate. Yum!
What do you like most about your job?
I genuinely love coming to work every day and feel very fortunate to be working in a relaxed and family office environment.
I enjoy spending time with my co-workers and assisting/helping clients achieve their goals, it honestly gives me pure fulfilment.
My passion has always been helping people in every way I can and this job affords me this passion combined with learning new things.
What do you do for fun?
I enjoy making small trips away with my family whenever we can. If it’s a long weekend, you’ll often find us chasing the sun at a local beachside township.
I love listening to music, baking/cooking for the herds and shopping trips.
